Return and Refund Policy:
STELLAM's return and refund policy applies only under the following conditions:
- The item has a quality issue.
- All items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- The item must have its original tags, receipt, and packaging.
Please note that Clothes Doctor products, Positive Energy Candle series, and intimate apparel are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. STELLAM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.
Exchange Policy:
STELLAM's exchange policy applies only under the following conditions:

If the product is in satisfactory condition, and you have fully complied with the terms and conditions, STELLAM will proceed with the exchange and issue store credit for the return.
Please note that Clothes Doctor products, Positive Energy Candle series, and intimate apparel are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. STELLAM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.
Return and Exchange Procedure:
- Initiate a return request.
- Send back the product(s) you wish to return to us.
- STELLAM will conduct a standard product inspection.
- If the product is in satisfactory condition, and you have fully complied with the terms and conditions, STELLAM will proceed with the return or exchange.
*Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded, and all return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We do not accept collect. *
*Goods exchange is only eligible for transactions made at our official physical stores and website with an official receipt within 7 days.
