Delivery area: Only applicable to Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States

Delivery fee: Free international shipping on any orders over US$200. In addition to the delivery fee, there may be additional taxes or duties that the customer will need to pay upon receipt.

The delivery cost will be calculated automatically on the final payment page.

Shipping method: We offer door-to-door delivery to residential and commercial addresses, but not hotel or PO Box addresses. When the cargo is ready we will provide you with a tracking number.

Delivery time: We will deliver your order within 7-14 business days of your order.
**STELLAM cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.

Delivery failed order:

Occasionally orders are returned to us with incorrect addresses, PO Box and hotel addresses, failed delivery attempts, or rejected by recipients. When the courier returns the undeliverable package to us, we will refund the original shipping fee after deducting the original shipping fee, and the customer will be charged an additional delivery fee and handling fee of HKD100.
Please make sure the buyer or recipient authorises the receipt, Stellam is not responsible for any loss caused by other recipients receiving the package.
Ask the customer to inspect the goods for any discrepancies, quantity and/or physical damage immediately after delivery. If you notice any discrepancies, quantities and/or physical damage, please see Exchanges andReturns. Stellam Group Ltd reserves the right to reject your claim if the customer has signed for the goods upon receipt.
