Orders will generally arrive within 3 working days(ExcludeSaturdays/Sundays and Public Holidays).
Please note that you need to pick up your order within 14 days after receiving the “In-store Pickup Email”.
Door to door delivery (ONLY for Hong Kong & Macau)
Delivery area: We offer to ship to all locations in Hong Kong SAR and Macau(residential and business addresses only).
Delivery fee: Free shipping (*Free shipping offer is applicable for orders in Hong Kong and Macau only.)
Shipping method: We offer door-to-door delivery to residential and commercial addresses, but not hotel or PO Box addresses. When the cargo is ready we will provide you with a tracking number.
Delivery time: We will deliver your order within 3-5 business days of your order. It takes 3-5 working days for delivery in the main Hong Kong area, and 7 working days in Macau. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, excludingSaturdays and Sundays and statutory public holidays.
**STELLAM cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
Delivery failed order:
Occasionally orders are returned to us with incorrect addresses, PO Box and hotel addresses, failed delivery attempts, or rejected by recipients. When the courier returns the undeliverable package to us, we will refund the original shipping fee after deducting the original shipping fee, and the customer will be charged an additional delivery fee and handling fee of HKD100.
Please make sure the buyer or recipient authorises the receipt, Stellam is not responsible for any loss caused by other recipients receiving the package.
Ask the customer to inspect the goods for any discrepancies, quantity and/or physical damage immediately after delivery. If you notice any discrepancies, quantities and/or physical damage, please see Exchanges andReturns. Stellam Group Ltd reserves the right to reject your claim if the customer has signed for the goods upon receipt.
